Refund policy

At 125 East, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on change of mind, sizing preferences, or personal taste. Every piece is crafted for the rebels — we trust you know your vibe before you order.
However, we've got you if we made a mistake.
We offer a refund or exchange in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- Your order arrived incomplete (missing items)
How to raise a claim:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must submit an unboxing video — recorded continuously from the moment you open the sealed package to revealing its contents within 48 hours. This is required to verify the issue and process your claim.
Steps:
- Record an unboxing video (no cuts or edits)
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue (hello-divas@125east.in)
- Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement within 7–10 business days.
Please note:
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- We reserve the right to decline claims that do not include a valid unboxing video
- Refunds are not provided for orders marked as delivered by the courier
